Oh snap, thats a nice little lathe. Still running the drill press mill or have you upgraded?

Bought an old Rockwell mill before the lathe. I've been using that for doing quite a bit of custom machining on 1911's and some optic cuts too. I'm also setup for mig welding and sandblasting too. Got into scrap metal art this year and some woodburning as well.

This new dog we got is a hoot. Tonight I was doing push ups at home (missed my gym workout). Our dog saw me on the floor and thought and I wanted to play. He kept running around me, diving under me and nipping my hands. This dog

Morning folks

Letting another one go. Sig 1911 govt size in 10mm. Nice gun, tight fit, very smooth action, and accurate. Haven't done much with it so far. I really really like this gun and its a soft shooter, but the 2011 in 10mm that I'm building is going to steal the spotlight from this one.

I've put 82 rounds thru it.
Fitted an EGW barrel bushing.
Removed 80 series parts and installed a TJ spacer.
Trigger pull at 3lbs 8oz.
Otherwise all factory, including magwell and 25lpi checkered front strap, factory night sights that still glow well.

$1000 with 4 factory mags. Original parts included too.

This will go in classies today at some point. Just giving a first chance here.
