    National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS)

In 2011, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) replaced the color-coded alerts of the Homeland Security Advisory System (HSAS) with the National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS), designed to more effectively communicate information about terrorist threats by providing timely, detailed information to the American public.
It recognizes that Americans all share responsibility for the nation's security, and should always be aware of the heightened risk of terrorist attack in the United States and what they should do.
This page also contains any current NTAS advisories and archived copies of expired advisories.

National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin - January 27, 2021 (pdf, 1 page, 292.01 KB) View web version
The Acting Secretary of Homeland Security has issued a National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin due to a heightened threat environment across the United States, which DHS believes will persist in the weeks following the successful Presidential Inauguration. Information suggests that some ideologically-motivated violent extremists with objections to the exercise of governmental authority and the presidential transition, as well as other perceived grievances fueled by false narratives, could continue to mobilize to incite or commit violence.
Effective: 2021-01-27 11:00 am. Expires: 2021-04-30 01:00 pm. *Alert Dates are Eastern Time*

"But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. But there shall not an hair of your head perish. In your patience possess ye your souls."

Gee, nothing politically skewed or contrary to citizens exercising their first Amendment rights there! Don't argue with the party line or you get marked as a domestic terrorist. ;-) ;-)

    Ugh, we are lost...

Oh, and snitching on your neighbors ( you know, see something say something). Even though when probable mass shooters have been pointed out to the government (parkland) it did no good, because they were too lazy to do their jobs.

Oh good. Now they're going to use kangaroo courts to toss out the elected representatives that don't agree with the corruption.
They tried like hell to get rid of Cruz in the election. That didn't work so any way you can I guess.

Hmmm... one hand slapped him, the other hand had pepper spray.... this must be the other-other hand that was reaching for a gun... looking for this third hand in the photos.

    https://denver.cbslocal.com/2020/10...f-lee-keltner-deadly-shooting-denver-protest/

The producer basically gives Murder 2 testimony on the spot against his "security guard"... he killed a guy to keep him from getting maced is no more helpful than he killed him because of the slap to the face. And also establishes that everyone knew it was mace in Keltner's hand.

IANAL, but I'm not sure if a court would even allow a self defense argument on responding to non-lethal force (slap and spray in hand) and while it would allow "a he reached for a gun" self defense argument, it would be farcical with the AP photos.

I'm thinking that only leaves accidental discharge (Negligent Homicide) unless Dolloff has already stated the shooting was intentional.
Update: what is in bold is example # 754,387 why journalism is dead. TV station didn't even check to see if the employee had the basic minimums.

A Colorado man who had worked as a TV station’s unlicensed security guard pleaded not guilty Friday in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred during a "Patriot Muster" protest last October.

Defendant Matthew Dolloff faces second-degree murder charges in the death of Lee Keltner, 49, a U.S. Navy veteran and participant in a pro-police "Patriot Muster" protest in Denver on Oct. 10.

Dolloff was working as a security guard for Denver station KUSA-TV when a confrontation broke out that led to Dolloff allegedly fatally shooting Keltner, authorities have said.

The security guard was later found to be lacking a Denver license for the job, FOX 31 of Denver reported.

The defendant’s attorney claims that body camera footage and "significant" data from Keltner’s cell phone, newly disclosed by prosecutors, provide evidence that Dolloff was acting in self-defense, FOX 31 reported. The defense plans to file motions in the case, the attorney said.

Interesting, what I saw originally looked as if the pepper spray was deployed after the shot.

This link has all of the photos taken by the Denver Post photographer of the altercation in sequence with the metadata.

IMO, very clearly shows Dolloff going to gun draw IMMEDIATELY in reaction to the b**** slap, while Keltner has retreated two steps with the bear spray still by his side.

These two frames 6 frames apart have the EXACT same time stamp, 3:36:53 PM, so we should be able to count frames for elapsed time... the Nikon D5 has a frame rate of 12.1 fps... 6 frames means 0.5 seconds recovery from slap to hand on gun drawing... while Keltner has visibly retreated.

This frame shows the shot already fired, the shell casing in the air and the bear spray plume. It's time stamp is 3:36:54 PM. There are 5 additional frames (0.4 seconds) AFTER this picture with the same timestamp.

This means 1.6 seconds (1.5 - 1.7 seconds) from face still sideways from the slap, the first pic of the prior post, to shot already fired.

He killed a man for slapping him.
