We have some pretty creative folks here on INGO. Sometimes prose just isn't adequate to get the message across. Take these two examples:

You cannot transport it out to Pop's,
You'll be arrested by the cops.

You cannot transport it in a box,
Nor can you do it using locks.

You cannot transport it all in pieces,
Asking of this question never ceases.

You cannot carry it 'round the bend,
Nevermind what says your friend.

You cannot carry it when unloaded,
Your freedom will be eroded.

You cannot transport it in your trunk,
If you're caught you will be sunk.

If this desire you cannot sate,
The thing to do is simply wait!

I'll buy a gun,
just for fun,
a little .22

Got me thinkin',
while I'm plinkin'
need a handgun too.

Now I'm stumped,
want to hunt,
these little guns won't do.

Bought a shotgun,
goin' huntin',
there's wildlife to pursue.

Underpowered, just a trifle,
need a better plinkin' rifle,
than this little .22

Bought an AR,
It shoots real far,
I think that oughta do.

Buy hey now wait,
there's .308,
and different uppers too.

Now don't this chafe?
I've filled my safe,
but I still need a .302

It's not gun related and It's kinda weird but I don't like the same ol poem at funerals so I made my own.

To all I love for when I die
I pray to God you do not cry
For we all pass on to a better place
And come one day I'll see your face
Until the day we re-unite
You must believe that shining light
Will come down for you one day
And to you the Lord will say
You have been good and everyone sins
I'm sorry to say this is the end
Then is your time, now is mine
To let you know, All will be fine
I will always keep a watchful eye
Until again, we pass by
Live your life, then I'll see you here
All I ask is don't shed a tear
You should be happy, now I am above
I leave you with all of my love
Again, to you, for when I die
I pray to God you do not cry

Yeah, I know, I just got my man card revoked.

On a related note, we had a shirt at work called "Phuket Palms" ... not kidding. For those of us unfamiliar with the travel hot-spots of Thailand, we had an interesting time trying to figure out how to pronounce it without giggles.

I used to write a lot of poetry. It was when I was younger, and in a deep state of depression. Believe or not I actually got one published. The name of the book is "Before the Shadows Fade" The International Library of Poetry.
It's kind of dark and they messed it up just a tiny bit, but no big deal. Hear goes.

"The World's Wrath"

I sit inside my shell and bleed!
Feeling the world's vicious wrath!
No matter how fast I run,
It hunts me down like a crazed predator!
Stabbing me with its wicked blade!
The pain I feel, the mind cannot fathom!
It tears at me like an angered tiger!
Ripping at my wretched flesh!
It devours me with its bitter darkness!
Still I run, but it does not cease to exist,
Ever present, watching me bleed!
I look for light, but I am powerless against its wicked venom!
Tired of running, I drop to my knees,
Feeling the cold hardened ground beneath me!
As I breath my last breath, it laughs a wicked tune!

Thank God I know longer feel like that

I just couldn't understand, why it was taking so long

In a soft voice, I was told

"I would have sent her sooner, but you weren't ready yet"
I knew my time had arrived, on the day we met

God said,"I have sent you an Angel, from heaven above"
"For you to hold, and give all you love"

My prayers had been answered, this is true
And that beautiful angel,could be no one but you!
