It isn't just ISP. The Porter County Sheriff's cars are all harder to spot, and they have have a number of unmarked cars.

Can anyone explain the trend towards stealth cars?

I have doubts about anyone's story when there is absolutely nothing to corroborate it, especially when they don't make sense.

Why would she make this up? Who knows? I don't know what's going on in her life.

Maybe it's all true. I've been wrong before, I'll be wrong again, but this has an odor to it.
