I guess billions for Ukraine is cheap when we plan to give the Iranians a trillion.

I am so tired of these mother ******* ***holes plundering taxpayers of the States for the fruits of their labors to hand it over to others.

These ******** can burn in Hell.

    Anyone else buying this?
I mean a Ukrainian plane carrying Serbian "mines" to Greece with a fully Ukrainian crew.
Yea right. More likely a black market arms sale of NATO given weapons gone wrong.

The "final" destination was Jordan, not Greece. Just an fyi(second article which mentions toxic cargo, not weapons, unless you look at wayback of the page where it called it a weapons shipment...news edited in real time these days).

"Local residents reported seeing a fireball and hearing explosions for two hours after the crash."

    .
I don't know anything about the HIMARS, but I would imagine that it shoots then moves. Relocating to another prepared position and shoots again.

The Ukrainian military chief made the offer in a fresh pitch for more Western arms. "We are interested in testing modern systems in the fight against the enemy and we are inviting arms manufacturers to test the new products here," he said.

"So, I think for our partners in Poland, in the United States, France, or Germany, it’s a good chance to test the equipment. So, give us the tools. We will finish the job and you will have all the new information," Reznikov said.

    Nothing really new here.

The charging more than 650 with treason though and purging the government of Ukraine is.

Peace and negotiation are simply not allowed. From what I have read his childhood friend(former head of SBU,now charged with treason) tried to get him to accept things as they where before the invasion IE giving up Crimea.

I am sure the USA has nothing to do with it.

Ukraine close to default on debt, even with the billions sent to bail it out.

The group, including Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States, said they would provide a coordinated suspension of debt servicing from Aug. 1 to the end of 2023 and potentially for an additional year. **Even with all governments listed above waiving debt for 2 years Ukraine can not pay interest on debts owed to BANKS(which is why they are asking the IMF for more money*

HOW MUCH DEBT DOES UKRAINE HAVE?

At the end of 2020, Ukraine had $130 billion in external debt outstanding, according to World Bank data.
Butsa noted that in 2022, Ukraine was on paper set to pay the International Monetary Fund more than it would receive.

“We are talking with the IMF and other partners about what the solutions might be. We need liquidity from the IMF to replace these outflows,” he said.

Ukraine estimates the costs of the war combined with lower tax revenues has left a $5 billion-a-month fiscal shortfall – or 2.5% of pre-war GDP. Economists calculate that pushes the annual deficit to 25% of GDP

It is impossible for Ukraine to pay interest, much less debts.

    Yes,it is an MSN article.

Of course it is likely the reason the MSM have turned.

    AP puts it:

As it presses ahead with providing tens of billions of dollars in military, economic and direct financial support aid to Ukraine and encourages its allies to do the same, the Biden administration is now once again grappling with longstanding worries about Ukraine's suitability as a recipient of massive infusions of American aid.
Those issues, which date back decades and were not an insignificant part of former President Donald Trump's first impeachment, had been largely pushed to the back burner in the immediate run-up to Russia's invasion and during the first months of the conflict as the U.S. and its partners rallied to Ukraine's defense.
But Zelenskyy's weekend firings of his top prosecutor, intelligence chief and other senior officials have resurfaced those concerns and may have inadvertently given fresh attention to allegations of high-level corruption in Kyiv made by one outspoken U.S. lawmaker.

If you can not pay the bankers...well guess we will see.
