So she's accused of battering her husband in front of their kids. I kinda think this kind of thing doesn't need to clog up the courts or jails. It shouldn't need cops. Never hit a woman. But. If she hits you, I think it's fair to defend yourself in a way that signals to her know that physical violence is not going to be tolerated. And the laws should allow that.

And since it was in front of the kids, if it's s daughter, let her know it's not okay to use men's reluctance to fight back against a female to get away with using violence against men. And if it's a son, let him know, it's not okay to hit a woman. But he has every right to defend himself against a crazy ass *****. Dude needs to dump her on the nearest street corner before she sucks all the life out if him.

My dad and brothers always taught me never to hit a woman. My mom had a different take. She told me if a woman hits you like a man, hit her back like one.
