Despite the overwhelming evidence produced in his defense, I still think it's up in the air once the jury goes in to deliberate.
People (the jury) can be unpredictable, and right now half the people in the country are straight up insane.
True. A lot will depend upon how many of the prosecutions lies they buy into. You know they will lay it on thick in closing.

    Can you impeach prosecutors?
Recall/remove from office yes. Maybe INGO should start impeachment procedures.

Then again, there aren’t enough hours in the day to impeach everyone we would impeach.

Yep. Sometimes everything goes great until the jury comes back.

You mean when peaceful protestors didn’t cause $2 billion in damage as well as kill and injure people? I miss those times.
Yeah remember when the news actually reported what happened, and criminals were prosecuted, and children were taught accountability and responsibility... Ahh those were good times.

If found guilty an innocent child's life is ruined and he will spend a long long time in jail. If found not guilty riots will ensue.
It's getting cold in Wisconsin. I don't think it's good for riot season.

Seriously, it will be an obvious miscarriage of justice if he is convicted. I hope that with all the information out there the jurors will do the right thing. I hope somewhere in the process they are also being educated on self defense law.

What the prosecution gets away with is stunning. When questioning Rittenhouse the prosecutor was feigning shock that someone would think they could possess an AR15 but not a handgun. The federal government and many states put more restrictions on hand guns than they do long guns. Surely the prosecutor knows that.

The jury has already been intimidated at the bus stop if you remember. Told they will be doxed and worse. Could be a mistrial is the best thing all around. Kyle goes free and the jury is off the hook. :dunno:

I guess I missed this part, when did this happen?
A couple days ago someone was caught taking pictures of the jury as they were boarding a bus. A couple days ago there was also the video of someone claiming to be a relative of George Floyd, who said they knew who the jury was. I thought the guy in the video was whacked out of his head on drugs.

Use of Force Expert, John Black, testifies on Kyle's behalf...
Less than 90 seconds transpired from the first shot until the last, which destroyed Gaige Grosskreutz's right bicep, as he was pointing a firearm at Kyle's head!

And did it wearing cowboy boots!
