Why should they? Just like in the USA government has undertaken the responsibility for safety from private corporations/people.

The FDA and all manner of government oversight bureaucracies like the FAA are terrible ideas who do no make us safer, but less safe.

You want to be safe from drugs and badly designed aircraft? Then make the individuals responsible for those things individually liable. The Code of Hammurabi got it right 3,000 years ago.

If I was the judge they filed this motion with, I would be pissed. First question would be, "So you produced all 330,000 pages and developed your vaccine in a few months, why do you need 55 years to release them to the public? You have 30 days."

Have you pointed out that the OSHA mandate has been halted pending the court decision on it? I'm vaxxed (luckily as it turns out), but since my employer is the DoD, they can do what they want.

And since OSHA is not requiring it (because of waiting on the courts), would the employer be able to be sued for ANY problems?

Search my screen name and the word "forms". There's ways to make the tyrants liable and get unemployment. The inconvenience game can be a two way street and most knucklehead employer admin offices won't be prepared for the game of Chicken. Head on full speed Mad Max. Our management is well aware the illegal mandate from the President is on hold, until further notice. We have a DOD contract, worth more than I make, I have a feeling that's driving this as well. If I hit the Powerball this weekend I won't worry about it.
