For me, it’s the lack of paragraphs.

Ok, seriously though, concerning the kerosene, Rt45 was quoting another post “that got deleted” and he was speaking sarcastically. So just pay no attention to that.

You do have to pay attention to sarcasm. It’s everywhere.

And paragraphs. Pay attention to paragraphs.

There are many here taking you at your word and trying to help, so absorb what you can.

    Best of luck.
Wait I’m sorry I’m confused now what do you mean the lack of paragraphs?

I hate to break up the levity for a few minutes, but here goes.

You have used the term they several times, but it is a serious problem if the "they" are 5 or 6 rather than two.
You say you could beat one to a pulp, but if there are 3 or more that really isn't an option unless you are Chuck Norris, Steven Segal, Bruce Lee, or Billy Jack.

I threw Billy Jack in there for all you other old guys.

Avoiding an altercation is the best plan which others have pointed out about varying times and routes.

If you have a dog that doesn't even bark let alone protect you that is no help at all. A poodle that barks is a better option.

Continue to report everything to the police so a record of harassment will help if they do ever enter your home or turn violent. While you are there fill out and turn in the form for you LTCH.
If they enter your home you have every right to shoot to kill and not worry about the "being equal" you mentioned previously.

Outside the house various good options have been presented such as pepper spray, expandable baton, situational awareness. These are all good if they plan on slapping you around, but not too effective if they pull a Draco out at 40 feet away.

Get pepper spray, get an expandable baton, carry them on your belt on your left side of your new carpenter jeans. You can carry a 20 ounce Estwing straight claw hammer in the hammer loop all day long and nobody thinks twice about it.

Go borrow the Glock from your mother. Go get some training. Carry 2 extra mags. That is much more effective agains multiple attackers at 45 feet than any of the items listed above. When you turn 21 go buy your own Glock 19 or 27 and return your moms.

If all that fails a couple flash bangs, pop some smoke, strip out your shoelaces and garrote them from behind.
Okay I’ve seen the garrote comment a few times and I’m not familiar and you voiced a problem I didn’t make clean is i don’t know how many they’re are it’s never the same guys maybe two or three times it was but i don’t know and my mom likes her guns to much and because of the guy my dad is she blames my situation my fault and mine alone and some of it is but you can’t be blamed for the parts that hide in the shadows. I’m sorry I’m treating this like a therapy session I don’t mean to. the hammer part already done but it’s a 5 pound mini looking sludge hammer. i don’t know what it’s called and I have a stick baton but no training with it. I’m getting pepper spray but i don’t what kind would be the best. Also I thought civilians weren’t allowed to own flash bangs…. So alledgedly I made my own same with smoke. And I know I already said this but what’s garrote are we talking mafia piano wire type thing but shoelaces?

So a few people here on INGO know I am completely nut’s.

I fear no mortal person the more crazy you act will scare the most evil person.

    1. wearing only shorts attempt to lure your enemy within ****)(ing range and try to p$$ on them.

    2. hit your self on the head with a object that will work. Draw blood then try to spit it on them.

    3. defecate then throw it at them.

    4. declaring you are a god and they will obey you.

    5. look at them with a evil eye and speak in gibberish.
    This^^^^

I said this all the way back on post 100.
    It works.

Ok buddy we’re having a lot of fun in here with a lot of inside jokes, and none of us mean it to be at your expense, it just comes natural to kind of bounce stuff off of each other and we get carried away with our inside baseball.

First things first; if you see someone type in purple, it means sarcasm is intended. Many of us don’t use purple even when we are being sarcastic, and depend on the group to just ‘get it’.

The garrote thing is from a recent thread where someone asked about using a garrote (yes the piano wire mafia thing) as strictly a defensive weapon. They had their line of logic but it was the general conclusion of INGO that it was in no way a defensive tool, and it has been low key made fun of ever since.

As far as paragraphs go, all I meant was that if you space some things out, it’s easier for some to read, and it helps you make your points a little clearer. Some people won’t read a post that is too long, but many more will not read one that is just a wall of text. I personally think it also helps me sort out my own thoughts when posting.

But seriously, you have bigger problems to worry about than paragraphs. First things first, if the posting style works out, then great, but I know you have bigger fish to fry.

It’s commendable when people reach out for help; there is a lack of humility in today’s world and we don’t ask for help as much as we should.

I don’t have a lot to offer as far as practical help, just encouragement for you to rise above the situation you are in now, keeping your head on a swivel and taking one step at a time toward a better, safer life.

It sounds like from some of your recent comments that there are multiple people who have been told to intimidate or warn you. I’m still not sure why you feel safe outside but not inside. That doesn’t make sense to someone not in your shoes. If there are many (a gang or something), I assume it will slowly escalate.

Have a plan of defense, have a plan of escape, try to find a plan towards peace or settlement if possible.

If are going to totally discount rule #2,
You are going to have train 3 times as hard on rule #1,
    Sorry, it’s the rule.

    From the Zombieland script :

Rule #1: Cardio - When the virus struck, for obvious reasons, the first ones to go were the fatties.

Rule #2: Double Tap - In those moments when you're not sure the undead are really dead dead, don't get all stingy with your bullets.

It's just a distraction from the garrote attack. That's what really gets 'em.

You can do a lot of things against someone who's just posturing or who isn't really dedicated to the attack and it'll work. Squirt someone who was just posturing and make them need to save face in front of their buddies and now they've went from jawing to fighting. Someone who actually wants to do you harm and is dedicated will be whipping your ass while your fumbling with your McGuyver mess and then you get to decide if you want to set both of you on fire once you are entangled.

I'd absolutely love to see you try this idiotic idea in force on force and pressure test it. Maybe you can get together with garotte guy and see how it pans out.

Thank you for the information it’s easier to read everything now. Also I feel safe outside cause I have everything but physical protection. Also I’m going off of psychology and hope is another reason I feel safer outside. If I’m followed ina car I can drop it I know my surroundings and roads. I can go on and on about driving. If I’m on foot the same thing only the range is a problem luck doesn’t dodge bullets. i apologize about the paragraphs. I just feel the need to explain myself. All I’m looking for now is long range defense (a firearm) my fingerprints are done and I’m pending state approval for my LTCH.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions and advice. If I don’t respond or post it’s not cause it’s solved. I’ll try staying on and updating when I can. I’m awaiting state approval for my LTCH. now I’m just looking for a firearm. I’m still not completely for the idea of carrying but if it’s necessary then I’ll be prepped. I also noticed that most here selling require LTCH to buy from them. I won’t shoot to kill or injure just scare first and hope luck hold out.if it doesn’t work I’ll take….more forceable action.

DOn't carry a pistol unless you are ready willing and able to shoot and kill someone, maybe multiple people. People that pull a pistol and wave it around end up getting it taken away and possibly used on them. It is not a magic talisman, the mere presence of which will make you safe.

Don't buy a firearm. With this attitude, you are a danger to others if you do. You will probably get killed with your own gun.
Suck it up. Move or go into hiding as you appear to lack the testicular fortitude to deal with the situation properly.
