I looked up her record just now and found that in the 2000 election, her platform included:

I'm not aware of bans, certainly not for a first offense for things like that, but it's definitely frowned upon, and thus, has been edited.

I'll be honest: my first inclination upon hearing this was in Tuscon was to suspect south-of-border neighbors. Then I heard it was at a public event. Our friends down there have no compunction about sending bullets fly, but rarely are them randomly aimed or for terrorizing purposes. They have specific targets in mind when they pull the trigger.

i didnt hear this was a full auto weapon,,,i heard that someone put a gun to her head,,,point blank,,,and pulled the trigger,,,that dont sound like full auto...

cartels also dont spray everyone in the area,,,they send a message to the person who wronged them...
