I just read that one of the victims was arrested
Ariz. shooting victim accused of making threat - Yahoo! News

"[Fuller] told The New York Times last week that he had trouble sleeping after he was wounded and repeatedly denounced the "Tea Party crime syndicate" in the interview. He said he placed some of the blame for the shooting on former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and other Republican leaders for creating a toxic atmosphere. Palin has denounced the attack, which does not appear to have been motivated by politics."

He blames the "toxic atmosphere" created by the republicans and the tea party and then proceeds to threaten someone with death.....yeah, we're the crazy ones....

Fox just reported that Gabrielle Giffords is on the floor of the U.S. House and is voting for the "debt" deal.

I'm sure that this is the first time I'm glad to see a Democrat in Congress.

Grow up, son. There's a bigger story here. It was going to pass with or without her.

The fact that she is recovering bodily and mentally is awesome. The fact that she chose to make one of her first actions upon her recovery a debt deal that will bring additional destruction to this country is awesomely horrible.

In a related update, Loughner is suing Giffords and the feds for a myriad of reasons and wants $25 million. The reasons listed really point up the fact that he's not sane, (and is obviously not getting treatment in prison). This is the craziest lawsuit I've seen from a prisoner. He certainly isn't going to win, (unless Alex Jones is the judge).

Maybe he's trying to get moved from prison into an asylum?

Why don't you also list that it sounds like it may very well be a hoax as mentioned in the headline with various reasons listed in the article?

How can it possibly be a "hoax" when the same article shows the actual suit documents that were filed? That's not a hoax by any stretch of the imagination. He filed suit and the documents exist.

Did you read the article you posted? If Loughner filed it, why does it have a Philadelphia postmark?

    As an update, see this:

Many outlets reported on the documents' existence with skepticism about their origin, though a federal court official told KPNX late Wednesday that the suit was sent by "another mentally disturbed prisoner in Philadelphia who is impersonating Loughner."

See below. Also according to your link, both lawsuits contained quite a few similarities including postmark, same stamps used, etc.

Sweet. We have mentally disturbed prisoners impersonating other mentally disturbed prisoners. That is disturbing.
