I like the way this Congresswoman describes what Letitia James, and I would include the judge as well are doing to Trump. "Abuse of process" and "Malicious prosecution." because that's exactly what it amounts to. They both are in need of a serious smackdown from a higher court.

Say what you want about Hillary, but if she were in Trump's position, all these persecutors, er, prosecutors would mysteriously be committing suicide. Maybe there's something to be said for that strategy.

This in a year where MAGA candidates held back a red wave, is evidence of “general appeal.”

Hold on there. "General appeal" in Florida isn't general. It's specific. He's not that popular nation wide. And in terms of Republicans, who won the Florida primary. But, don't get me wrong. I like DeSantis. I'm disappointed he turned out to suck at appealing more broadly. But it is what it is.

Who last won with Florida at that level? Wasn’t Trump. That’s expanding the base. He couldn’t overcome a tribal candidate. He’ll get his chance.

The rabid jackals would love to see nothing more than for Trump to have to give up Mar-a-Lago.

When they take his property and throw him in jail I don't think it's going to have the affect they are expecting down the road.

This is the main issue in this election. You may not like Trump. As a person and as a politician he’s not the best there could be. But let reality slap you in the face. Liberty cannot survive the assault alone.

Woke isn’t even the main enemy of liberty. They are just useful idiots to help bring about the destruction of the institutions that make the goals of elites impossible. There are arguably two candidates in the race that stand in the way of the destruction of America, and one of them is ****ing crazy. The other is a pornstar ****er. Not a great choice but the only viable choice remaining is the porn star ****er.

Considering how this ruling could go against anyone doing business in the state of New York, everyone that has a large business there should start considering doing a Remington!

That should be the new New York State business rally cry "Remington New York".

For those who haven't heard, Remington has been in NY state for a long time, and decided that with the current climate, it was time to leave New York.
They could call it a “Limbaugh” or a “Hannity”, as well. Anybody who creates jobs, who fuels the economy through actually producing something of value should haul ass out of these liberal **** holes starting yesterday. Starve the liberal tax beast... **** them!
