The food we export(or any commodity),is still priced in currency. If the EU think inflation in food is bad now,wait until they see what it costs when the dollar is at 120.I've done ok with SQQQ, when I could time it correctly.
You make an excellent point about the dollar value. I think a lot of people are expecting something sooner than it could possibly happen with the current dollar valuation.
Otherwise, I don't do a lot of investing in large cap domestic equities.
Mr Rule's quote, as I would assume from his expertise, is also not in reference to large cap domestic equities.
I think that happens in weeks if Russia keeps the gas off,or within 3 months if they do not.
Unless the fed stops QT and starts a round of printing,then all bets are off in a race to the bottom.
