Ok guys, I would like to line the inside of my gun safe with some foam to help prevent scratches. I am thinking of the grey foam like you would recieve a weapon in, think of the grey foam inside a Glock box (except without the egg crate design).

Anyone have any ideas? Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or JoAnn Fabrics maybe? I tried Menards and Lowes, but no love.

    Thanks,
    Chris

You might also try places that do car radio installations. You can buy sound-deadening foam rubber there that might be what you want.

I use those sheets of magnetic vinyl cut-to-fit to line my handgun compartments with. It stays where I put it, doesn't retain moisture, will not mar the guns, and can be easily re-applied as needed.
