I didn't much care about SoG from the start. American Guns is a little bit better, but I'd much rather watch a gunsmith show that actually followed the build process from end to end (but then I guess people would much rather show their personal secrets than their trade secrets).

I agree with the OP. I hated the show already but the latest "we're building a piston AR to protect America's nuclear plants" was so stupid, vapid, and insipid that I refuse to allow them to insult my intelligence further. The nuclear guys could go to ANY gun store and buy the same frikken rifle of the SHELF!

It it just over 30 minutes if you have DVR. It is even less if you fast forward through the drama BS. I had to fast forward through five minutes of commercials during an episode a few weeks ago.

She isn't good looking at all. If you read about their shady business practices (including the reason they lost their license), if you'd still want to be involved with them if you had a chance...good for you I guess but I'd pass.
