The only “Sporting” shotgun I have left is a Remington 1100 Light 20. Really nice shotgun. Wish I could find a shorter (21”?) barrel for it reasonably. Sold the 1100 12ga.
there’s something about 1100s. A few years ago I convinced myself I needed a 3” chambered 20ga for hunting and so being a broke college student I sold off a clean 2-3/4” 1100 20ga at a brown county gunshow. have kicked myself ever since

I really miss a Remington 1100 LT with an English stock I let my ex keep for her son. It was probably the best fitting and pointing shotgun I’ve ever owned. Great Dove gun. The current LT20 is close but I just love those straight stocks!

my H&R .410 - one of my first guns, and has been through it. i did something most people deem sacrilegious and refinished the wood over winter. quite a bit of elbow grease went into it and I’m happy with the results. I can’t wait to get it back in the field this fall.

Just bought a IWI Tavor TS12, it holds 15 in the rotating magazine tubes, 1 in the chamber, and 1 on the carrier (ghost loaded) I haven’t shot it a lot, but what rounds I have put through it were as smooth as any semi auto 12ga I have ever shot. 17 rounds of 2 3/4 or 14 rounds of 3 inch magnums!
I topped it off with a Holosun HE530c-GR next up will be a tactical light, and putting more rounds through it.
I think I’m gonna like this beast!

Beretta Silver snipe, my great uncle gave to me. He's also the man that introduced me to turkey hunting and we've spent some wonderful time together. He's a brother to my late grandfather. I took this gun to Winner, SD the first chance I got and sent him some pics of the roosters (and a few sharptails) taken with it on that trip.

Recently acquired an old Parker Bros 12ga SXS. Everything was matching serial numbers and when I checked the Parker Bros collectors website the SN put the year of manufacture as 1891. I haven't shot it. Mainly because I don't have any black powder shells.

You could try here: https://www.rstshells.com/ I've gotten a couple cases of 2½" shells for my B.S.A. side by side 12 bore. They're not black powder but they are low pressure & RTS claims their shells are safe in even Damascus barreled shotguns.

This is a Stevens single shot 16 ga that has only sentimental value with a story. The only markings on it other than Stevens is "Pat. August 12, 1913.

I remember being about 8 years old at my grandparent's house in Joliet, IL. My parents and grandparents were not gun people. I was being curious and found it in a bedroom closet then stood at the top of the stairs with it. My grandpa seen me and had a fit telling me not to touch it etc. He said when I turn 16 he would give it to me. Seems he forgot when I turned 16 so he was politely reminded. That is when I heard the story.

My grandpa knew all about making moonshine. Turns out he used to make it in Joliet, IL during prohibition before marrying my grandmother. Said he used to watch a whiskey still in the outskirts of town and shoot rabbits with it while doing so. He also told me that he and his friends got out of the business when Capone's boys started coming around.
