    • You are entitled to your opinion, of course. My comment wasn't about money, it was about the motivation behind pushing for the Muskatatuk Training area. It's an asset to state and local emergency responders for joint training in disaster response and is being used by fire departments as well as the military and emergency management agencies - and the feds are paying us to use it. I'm speaking from my own personal knowledge of the situation; I flew missions with the State Adjutant General when he was pushing the concept to Guard Bureau and Congress; I've talked to LTC Russell, who was the Project Officer for CCMRF and the downsized current program; I've listened to the briefings at the weekly logistic meetings over the past 14 months. If you want to look for "Black Helicopters" in every military movement and program, be my guest.
