Hoping he picks up the lower charges, nothing of murder or manslaughter, gets some probation and that'll be it.

Unfortunately, in this sad sick society they'll find him guilty just so no peaceful protestors burn down their city.
What "lower" charges do you think he needs to receive probation for?

That's my assumptions. You gun nuts that think he's going to get off completely free are out of your mind. This isn't your grandpappys country anymore.

If we’re talking about predictions, I think there will be more guilty verdicts than that. The defense team is so incompetent one can reasonably wonder if they’re playing for the other team.

If we’re talking about what’s legally justifiable as a reasonable verdict, maybe something on the gun charge. But that law is so poorly written I don’t see how anyone could be found guilty of that. It’s meant for hunting. The rest? Not guilty.

The possession charge has a good chance of being thrown out.

The other night Robert Barns said that before jury selection the jurors were polled at 2/3’s believing that he’s guilty. Outrageous miscarriage of Justice it would be, It’s quite possible he gets convicted.
Under what circumstance were the jurors polled?

Personally, I will never have much confidence in predicting what a jury will do. It's like the butterfly effect. Maybe in hindsight you can work out which wing flap caused the hurricane, but ahead of time you've no idea what variables are mashing in to each other in their heads and conversations.

I misspoke. The way Barnes worded it, was clunky. What I infer is something to the effect that 2/3 of potential jurors believed Rittenhouse was guilty, because of a poll conducted on the citizens of Kenosha. So it’s Barnes’s opinion that the juror pool was tainted by lies spread by the media. One of the lies he mentioned was a false story told by local media that Rittenhouse had ties to or was a member of the Proud Boys. He said that the defense team should have made that point to the judge.

Ah. That makes sense. This is why we have voir dire.
