Really? That was one of my favorite childhood movies Hollywood can ruin anything…
Everyone's taste is different, so obviously just my opinion. I didn't really have high expectations going in though, after watching the trailer

    Speaking of movie.
Ghostbuster frozen empire was just "ok". Not as good as the last one.
Way too many characters and the movie does not have enough time to focus on any of them.

Sounds disappointing. I didn't really care for the last one. 1st half of movie especially, 2nd half was better. The all girl one sucked. Hard to find many movies where sequels or prequels are better than the original

tombstone roadhouse and top gun were staples in my childhood household and still happen to be my favorite movies. The new top gun I think blew away the original…… BUT without the original #2 would be nothing it can’t stand alone.

jedi like the last one (afterlife).
It gave closure to the original ones.
It had emotion. It had fun.
    This one lacked emotion.

The all girl one was cool on the tech.
And had more ghost which is what these movies should be about.

TG2 was good. One of the few sequels I liked

Good morning to all the good folks south of US30

Also, I wish the normal unhealthy smells, odors and butt crack stank to our northern neighbors in the barren gang infested Jedi-land :pimp: that lies to the north of southern county productive lands of milk and honey.

If the skies are clear tonight watch for the Northern Lights. We had a major (G4 level/Severe) solar event that will potentially bring the visibility of Northern Lights as far south as Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois and Northern Iowa. It is large enough it could also, all day and into the evening, screw up satellite communications, Ham radio, disrupt GPS used by cell phones and navigation devices, etc. It actually hit us yesterday, but continues through today.

Being as t-storns are suppose to move in tonight, I don't think we'll be able to see it. A few years back though I could see them and it is very cool to watch

Visibility started last night, the event will be ending tonight. So night owls and criminal gangs may have gotten a glimpse of them last night.

But as DK's movie review, yesterday evening, of the new roadhouse totally broke this thread, everyone probably went to bed early last night

Wait for the one in October. It will be a G8, at least!
