Not here in far west suburban Lowellabama. Barely any rain, actually just drizzle. Lots of thunder and lightning to the south and to the north ... dogs say it is very very frightening ... but literally almost nothing in precipitation here, just moist.
About 6:30 we heard the sound of a freight train, to our south, but there are no RR tracks that way so my guess is a funnel cloud. Sky was much darker to the south/southwest of us. Sky was dark to the north of us over Mordor too.
