That's what it looks like but the mag should be a little bit longer. Can you see any proof markings on it? Hell, it might be an afghani knock off of the Sten.

    Designation: Sten Mk II
    Classification Type: Submachine Gun
Manufacturer: Birmingham Small Arms Co. / Royal Small Arms - UK
    Country of Origin: United Kingdom
    Initial Year of Service: 1941

Where do you see a magazine?

Either a STEN or a knockout, they were designed for ease of manufacture.

I have heard that the ATF has approved a few non-NFA returns from Iraq, but that the State Department doesn't allow them to go through. For what its worth.

I don't think an NFA item would make it.

I highly doubt it will be approved for 2 reasons. 1 - Its a SBR, 2 - It's full auto.

No importing of nfa items since 1968 I think.

I seen some video on the Military Channel a year or so ago that showed how they reproduce exact replicas of anything they have in their possession in Pakistan.

My first thoughts were.. damn they are good.

My first though is . . . how do we get some of those people teaching classes over here.
