It's a 122mm tracked howitzer. Basically an APC with a gun mounted on it. Nowhere nearly as mobile as an M1 Abrams but impressive looking, never the less.

"tear down this wall' to Russia in the 1980's 100's of thousands of Jews returned to Israel. the Ukraine has the highest concentration of Jews who have not returned to their homeland yet.
