Carrying 1911?

For me, more so on the HP than the 1911.

I do usually put a wipe of white out on the edge of the 1911 front sight

white out is cheap lol. But very nice classic.

All I ever carry anymore is a 1911 of one size or another. Just been doing that for about 40 years now. Not into plastic pistols or striker fired hand guns. Never had a problem wiping the thumb safety as it comes out of the holster. I've never had " Buck Fever " either. Be fast but, stay calm.

Matches pretty close to my own opinion. The best advice is to practice, practice, practice!
