There's a river of money involved in the new green deal just like the description says. The "deal" involves "green" moving from your pockets to the pockets of the chosen connected few and there nothing "new" about those schemes.

I guess no one should take anything AOC says literally. Apparently the idiotic Green New Deal proposals weren’t meant to be taken literally.

When she was called out on how rediculous they were she claims they were only supposed to be conversation starters.

Well, we’ve talked about that in this thread. I, along with some others have posted some links connecting AOC to Justice Democrats and Cenk Uygur. We’ve discussed that she auditioned for the role. It’s pretty much the same with most of the “fresh faces” elected in 2018. They’re all backed by Justice Democrats. I just wonder if there was a couch involved in the casting.

I don't think that will be an issue. She's a hispanic Democrat in a hispanic democrat district. I think she's in until such time as she decides to do something else.
