This retired border patrol officer seems to conform what my friend told me. They only catch about 25%. 75% are running around this country.

This guy is down in Mexico filming and reporting on the invasion.

He had a string of posts on X saying that it appears Mexico is suddenly trying to stem the flow of invaders heading to the US. (no they’re not migrants, migrants come in the front door with permission.)

He attributes this to a secret deal between US and Mexican president to turn down the flow, because Biden is getting so badly beaten up about it that he’s afraid he’ll lose to Trump. If I recall correctly, the Mexican president was threatening the US with more invasion, so I guess he probably got paid a bunch of green backs as well.

Which means that if Biden wins he will simply turn it back on.

My understanding is, of the 25% caught, most are released into the country and given a court date that they have to show up to .... in 9 or 10 years!! Yea, they'll show up ....

I also saw where a former CBP official said that since the Obama years at least 1 million were interdicted by CBP each year and 2 million got away. There were already supposedly 8 to 10 million illegals eligible for DACA protections, yet the '10 million illegals in the US' number is still thrown around. With 2 million additional per year since at least 2012 and at least 8 million since Obiden came to power it's more like somewhere between 42 and 50 million are here - a shadow population more than 1/8 of our official population

They count for apportionment in the census.

I have family near the border, McAllen. Maybe some of this will help.

I've lived in Indiana for a long time (found me a beautiful Dutch girl up here), but nothing can work the Lone Star out his boy.
Some of these posts give me hope.
It's great to see other states pitching in!
