Been real happy with Bernzomatic though my experience has only been with the stupid simple manual lit ones

Had one of these on the feed cart for years with a striker in the tool box. Great for thawing frozen water trough nozzles, heat up a stuck bolt or other small jobs on the farm. Same one for over 10 years. Extra tanks in the barn, if I need more heat, gotta go to the barn for the flame wrench. (Cutting torch).

edit: just reread the op guess mine is propane, the little blue disposable tanks.

    2 things...

    1. Butane is a bastard gas!
    2. They actually no longer make(to my knowledge) MAPP gas. What most stores sell is instead labeled MAP Pro, slightly different than the old MAPP gas.

From what I understand the new MAPP is a marketing ploy and about 1/2 the heat of the old MAPP gas and only marginally hotter than propane.
