I am saying that most likely you are right, the only other possible reason that I can think of is he told him that everyone is already infected. Like when Grimes asked him about everyones test, Jenner said "no suprises". Which to him could mean something he already understood, like it is already...- Blaze261

Welcome back allergies...I missed you.
Never had allergies until about 6-7 years ago. I was actually thinking about how bad they were today 5 secs before seeing this thread. Prescription nose spray, and zyrtec barely touch it.
