Doesn't matter what the ATF thinks. In the end it will be decided in a court. The judge in that court will be the one that decided, then up the appellate chain.

Nothing. Unless and until they can pass a veto-proof bill, nothing is going to happen. Biden's handlers will never let him sign any bill that thwarts the ATF's made up authority.

It needs to go to the House floor for a vote. For some reason, neither McCarthy nor Scalise are currently headed in that direction. Has a few YouTubers pissed and they're asking every one to call their Congressmen to ask why. From a practical perspective, no point in McCarthy scheduling a vote unless he knows he has enough to pass. If he doesn't, it's dead and finished, and cannot be resurrected.

If I wasn't so old I would run for office on a single message... TERM F'ING LIMITS! Use pics of Pelosi, Shumer, Mitch, Feinstein, everyone of them thats been in too long as poster children for term limits. If someone was opposed to term limits then they are a swamp creature and should not hold office.

POTUS already has 2 terms limit.
Make US Senator 2 terms x 6 years ea, House 6 terms x 2 years ea. Once you've served, you cannot be a lobbyist for at least 10 years.
