Quackery? Since when are vitamins like D, C, and Zinc quackery? I actually got my information from Medical Doctors. I started a vitamin regimen in 2005, and have not been sick with even the common cold, since June 5, 2015.
Many hospital have Covid protocols that include C, D3, Zinc, Quercetin, and a few others, even as a prophylaxis.
Spit on people?

Bottom line is that I cannot spread something that I don't have, and that is 100% science!
No vaccine for my immune system. I would not even accept a $100 bill from Bill Gates.

I dont know about you, but I can grocery shop, do my banking, pay for gas, have a conversation with friends, family, and customers, etc, without spitting on anyone. It's really not that hard. No mask required

Same for me. I'm fairly certain that spitting on people is illegal anyway. Isn't it assault with a bodily fluid?

Apparently it is only a problem for the mouth breathers. They are easy to recognize as they are all wearing masks. They wear them because, you know, they help and they are doing their part. You could tell those same morons (I can call them morons if they can call me snowflakes, right?) that it would help if they shaved their asses and walked around backwards and the only question they would have is what razor should I use.
