No. Not after my ancesters worked so hard to make this a great country, and he is single handedly destroying it. 233 years of hard work now in the crapper.

NOPE. I'd make sure that the press printed the reasons why I wouldn't meet with him either. I'd read, word for word, the injustices and flat blatant stupidity so they could post it nationwide.

I have more character that to get all excited over me THE president....:n00b:, when he offends me in every way possible, to jump on a chance to meet him.

NOOOOOO way. That Amoeba is not worth my time.

I don't drink, but I would break bread, drink a diet coke, or even just talk over a campfire with him.

    Why?

Because every prophet gave the King a chance to hear the news and make a decision. Every person gets their chance to hear their choices and then make them.

The only reason I would not drink with him, is if I did not get a chance to speak. He may not listen, but I would get my chance to speak. And that is always worth doing.

(to be clear, I do not think I am a prophet or even a great speaker, but you get the point...)

sure why not? I can try to talk some sense into him. Probably a lost cause, but worth a shot, especially if he's buying. I'd be drinking Sam Adams Utopias BTW :D

Are we drinking at the White House? If so, then I absolutely would. I haven't been there since I was a kid and went on a tour. After 9/11, they stopped giving tours, so I would like to check it out again and use the bathroom.

I would really like to get together with Obama, W, Clinton, and HW for a beer at the White House. Drinking and talking anything but politics. With Obama and W, I would talk sports, specifically baseball. Clinton, babes. HW, anything he wants. He got cooler as he got older.

But, yeah, I would have a drink with Obama. I would have a lot of drinks with Obama. Then I would tell all my buddies about this time I got the President wasted on tequila shots. And, hopefully, they day after he would have some big press conference the next morning, and vomit in front of the cameras. And, then, afterwards, he would say, "Dude, I went drinking with that guy Andrew last night, that guy's f'ing crazy!" And, the whole country would collectively nod.

    I could become legend.

While one of my favorite things in the world to do is crack a beer or two and talk politics, I couldn't sit down with Barry O. and do this....I'm pretty sure its illegal to spit beer in the President's face while calling him a Communist traitor.

On the other hand, if Ron Paul were invited...I'd have to reconsider. Or Rush...I'd pay to see Barry try to debate with El Rushbo, especially if they were both drunk.

    Same here, No thanks.
I enjoy having a beer as much as the next guy.

But I still have the freedom to choose who I drink it with,
old friends with old ideas, new friends with new ideas,

Keeping company with someone that I don't care for, just have to pass.

Absolutely not. I'm particular about who I drink with. Racists, socialists, terrorist sympathizers, Constitution haters... none of them measure up to my standards. I don't care what their job is.

+1 No freaking way I would do it. to add to the list of indignities, BHO drinks Bud Light. Anyone who drinks Bud has no discernment whatsoever.

I thought I'd be saying "No", but I think the chance to have a dialogue with the Prez and actually get the straight :poop: about things like government takeover of the private sector, his reasoning behind wanting gun control, and what's really going on at Area 51 would be worth it. However, if I had been invited to a political dog and pony show like went on this afternoon I would not hesitate to publicly refuse, and to declare on national TV that I refused to be anyone's political tool.
