Been spending way too much non-quality time with a Toro snowblower these past two weeks. Looks like more of the same over the next 48 hours.

Snowblower is ready, got extra gas an oil for it. Truck is full of gas, and generator is always ready. Downside is that I have stuff to get done at work tomorrow, but if I get this project completed, I can take off on Tuesdsay.

Snow started here about 1/2 hour ago. Very light so far but has the vehicles all white again.

Snowblower got a workout last week. Fresh gas laid in. I even cleared a path around the house in case I need to wheel out the gennie to the transfer switch outlet.

Will presalt the walks tonight, shovel by the back door. Only supposed to get 3" or so over night. Up to another 6" or so by midnight tomorrow. Been a while for us to get that much.
I gave up on pre-salting for anything >2" I found it just leaves a big old wet layer of snow that is harder to shovel. YMMV.
