    My 640 Pro. As soon as I learned about these I knew I would get one. I have replaced the stocks with a set of Ahrends I picked up a few years ago at Brownells. I really like having the 3 dot night sights. I’ve tried full power .357 magnum, one cylinder was enough for me.     I don't own anything in .45 ACP and haven't started reloading the 460 yet but I'd wager the 230grs you might load in ACP aren't constructed to handle .460 pressures and velocities.

    sure they will......i have used them in 45 long colts running 454 casull speeds......

    just saying a 45ACP is a big bore handgun...
