You'll have to explain "kegging setup" to me. While I've made a lot of wine over the years I've never tried beer. I usually trade wine to a maintenance man at one of the factories I visit for some ale that he makes but have no idea what he does.

Pretty sure they used silver because it is malleable and doesn’t rust. Who wants iron flatware? Nasty.
