You are confusing legal principles with common language. They are not the same. I guarantee you that he is extraditable if New York issues a warrant and he is in any other state. Internet word games do not factor into the equation.

I’m not saying he can’t be extradited. I’m saying I think it’s silly to talk about it as if that law is going to play some part in how this plays out. When they indict him, his lawyers will work out how and where Trump will present himself to the proper authorities. And then he’ll do it. End of story. No one from Trump’s team is gonna ask DeSantis to stop an extradition. Eradication won’t need to come into play.

I think if a governor ordered the state police to remove the federal agents from the state at gun point then that would stop the extradition. That’s what needs to happen. Then the governor needs to invite patriots to show up in force and tell the feds to “kiss our ass”
