Watching this now on FOX. Manhattan goon will arrest him Tuesday on Federal crimes that they can’t legally do and is all bogus. However because the area is so bias, a liberal jury will find him guilty and his only hope is on repeal. However he can’t hold office again. States created the central state; not the other way around. States can revoke their delegated authority. States can dissolve the central state.

It wouldn't be confusing if you'd just say what you're saying in the first place. I asked you if the federal government derived its power from the state, and you said no. But that's what that means.

Nevertheless, this posts gives me a better idea of what you're saying. I think. So I think you're saying that the power of the federal government exists because the states gave it to them. And since the states created the central state, gave them the power it has, they have a right to take it away.

Now, if by that you are saying that the states ratified the constitution that establishes the federal government, and that it is the constitution, and not the states, per se, that grant power to the federal government, I would agree with that. The constitution does not specify how a state may withdraw. But there's a thread for that discussion.

Further, no legitimate State exists without the consent of man.

Looks to be correct. Below is the period of limitations for the federal campaign financing law. If Trump is indicted, IANAL, the only way it looks to me like they can prosecute him is if they started investigating this within 5 years of the porn star ****er's lawyer paying off the porn star. I think that happened in 2015. So I think if they'd have started the investigation in early 2020, they get to prosecute him.

§30145. Period of limitations​

(a) No person shall be prosecuted, tried, or punished for any violation of subchapter I of this chapter, unless the indictment is found or the information is instituted within 5 years after the date of the violation.

(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law-

What? If a charge is made against Trump it won't be sexual misconduct. And certainly not while in office. The sex act itself is not in dispute. Trump DID **** the porn star while his wife was pregnant with his son. The sexual act is not the basis for the charge. It's that the payment was an illegal in-kind contribution to the campaign.

I haven't watch Dan Bongino so all I have is your characterization of what he said. But if he's claiming the charges are for sexual misconduct he's ****ing lying to you. I'll have to dig that up and see what he claimed.

Nevertheless, the illegal in-kind contribution claim is pretty weak. Especially given the 5 year limit on bringing those charges. I thought the payment was made in 2015, but Trump's lawyer actually made the payment to the former porn star in October of 2016. So the Fed's investigation into it would have had to start prior to Oct 2021.
