A former US Army general says Trump wants the US to abandon NATO because he's a 'mafia type' that 'hates alliances'

Donald Trump wants the US to abandon NATO because he "hates alliances," a former Army general says. Ben Hodges said Trump was a "mafia type" who "doesn't want anybody restricting his options." "He couldn't care less about moral obligations," Hodges said.

A former US Army general says Donald Trump's animosity toward NATO has nothing to do with its members not spending enough on their own defense.

"Trump hates alliances. He hates an obligation where he'd have to live up to something," retired Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, a former commander of US Army Europe, told the British newspaper The Times in a story published Monday.

Of course this is totally bull stuffing. Trump wants Europe to live up to their share of obligations to the NATO alliance in defense of their own countries and not to expect them to always look towered the US to take the lead anymore in expending our own National blood and treasure to defend them.

With the state's Republican primary less than two weeks away, 65% of registered Republican voters in South Carolina say they favor former President Donald Trump and 30% support Nikki Haley, according to a CBS News/YouGov poll.

    • 60% say they approve of the job Haley did as governor of South Carolina, while 22% say they disapproved; 17% were not sure.
    • 82% say they approved of the job Trump did as president, while 15% say they disapproved; 3% were not sure.

The truth keeps dribbling out. I suspected something like this all along.

In an explosive development, sources close to a high-profile investigation have revealed that the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was specifically aimed at recovering a “missing top-secret binder.”

“This document is rumored to contain damning evidence of former President Barack Obama’s CIA’s involvement in initiating the Russia collusion narrative against President Trump.”
