I'm still thinking it might be photo-shopped. That is an unsprung location so it gets more jolts and a rougher ride which would probably shake it off in no time. Plus any normal person would use an extension for that location.

Sure have but that has never caused me to leave the whole mess there. I typically pound on the socket to get it off since it is required to get it off before doing what I started to do in the first place.

I dunno. It's kinda funny, but I thought maybe it was photo-shopped. I know sometimes a socket gets crossed up, but I just don't see that staying there long enough to rust. If it did, then yeah, I'm laughing my ass off.

There are many considerations to take into account, generally, you want some high ground to fight from and a good existing natural obstacle to help keep the enemy in the kill zone. Sure. Like I said, sometimes the socket can get crossed up, but even so, you hit a good pothole and that thing is coming off. I don’t think it could stay on there long enough to rust.
