    I dunno. It's kinda funny, but I thought maybe it was photo-shopped. I know sometimes a socket gets crossed up, but I just don't see that staying there long enough to rust. If it did, then yeah, I'm laughing my ass off.
    I own tools, which were removed from the nether regions of aircraft. Yeah, I can kind of believe it stayed there long enough to rust.

    I'm still thinking it might be photo-shopped. That is an unsprung location so it gets more jolts and a rougher ride which would probably shake it off in no time. Plus any normal person would use an extension for that location.

    If memory serves, those bolts are really tight. I don't think that ratchet is long enough to break it free. I'm guessing they left it there when they gave up and left the bracket on. You don't need to remove the bracket to change the pads.
    I use a impact wrench on them
