Okay.
A little more about the Aussie submarine situation.

They started their sub replacement policy as a "jobs" program.
They laid out $50 billion for a dozen subs.

Here we are 5 years later and no sub has been started.
But now they're looking at $90 billion
With an estimate of 14 years to get a sub.





Also, they stated that, there were ZERO threats on the horizon.
ZERO.
And then peaceful China decided to start beating the war drums.
Threatening Taiwan.
And threatening anyone supporting Taiwan.

So now, China accuses us and the Aussie of "escalation".

Yes. Sub tenders usually tend subs in harbors.
Mostly used for advanced bases. Such as Midway and Australia.

If you want to see a "Tender" close to the action though, take a look at PT Boat Tenders.

Yes, she is much less mentally deficient than Biden at this point.

As for being dumb, you do not come to a position of power like that and stay there if you are dumb. She may be more crafty and conniving than brilliant, but not dumb.

Yes. I think the Germans were the only ones to try to refuel/resupply subs at sea. They had some boats dedicated to that and even then I think they tried to use "friendly neutral" harbors. Cross-decking torpedoes at sea would not be fun!
