It you are talking about the guy that makes those videos, he is not russian. Go to his youtube page and you will see in his early videos he has no russian accent. He is entertaining to watch and I'd like to play with some of the weapons he gets to shoot. Don't think he owns most of the stuff he is shooting, at least the class III guns.

Though this appears to be an updated version, my dad ran one of these (actually a twin mount, 40mm Bofors) on a DE in WWII. Shot down a German plane in the Mediterranean. We have several shell casings that my mom used to use as flower vases.
