I wonder if he was part of Joe Biden's "most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in history" that he bragged about?Sigh...
Did they "take it to court" when they decided about half of the work force didn't deserve to remain employed?
What has that to do with it? Governor’s have emergency powers granted to them by their state legislatures and their constitutions. When that power is exceeded, the remedy is to take it to court. In this case, a candidate alleges that there was voter fraud. The remedy for that is to take his evidence to court. That’s bow it works. So how do YOU think it works? Do you think that Trump’s lawyers can just have a press conference, make some claims, and then everyone should agree that Trump won the election? By what legal mechanism? The court of partisan opinions isn’t that mechanism. Bring the [STRIKE]Kraken[/STRIKE] to court. Have the lawyers from BOTH sides make their cases. And let the court decide.
In these cases so far Trump isn’t alleging that fraud happened. He is saying that through his lawyers in public. What they’re actually filing in the courts, from what I’ve seen so far, is a violation of the equal protection clause. That procedures were different for Republicans vs Democrats. The remedy they’re most often seeking is to block the votes from being certified.
That’s not helping his public image for half the country. They’ve been told that Trump is a threat to democracy itself, and the way he and his lawyers are behaving, only confirms that. The worst thing that could happen is for his lawsuits make it to the Supreme Court, the SCOTUS rules in a 5-4 decision that the states named in the lawsuits cannot certify the vote, so then Trump wins. That would be reasonably call into question Trump’s legitimacy as the POTUS for the next 4 years. But frankly, I don’t think we will have a president for the next 4 years that a decent majority of Americans view as legitimate.
If if this is an elaborate hoax, some very successful respected legal pros have destroyed their reputations, these are people that, have no logical reason to destroy their positions.
A 17 million vote swing certainly is a lot to prove. If provable it definitely is enough to matter. I guess as you say they are staking their reputations on their claims that they have the proof. We shall see. Here’s more from Sidney on the Howie Carr Show:
We have a lot of extremely solid cases… it’s terrifying… will file simultaneously… federal court lawsuits… roughly 7 million (votes removed from President Trump) … every means and measure of fraud … probably at least 10 million (Biden fraudulent votes)…

This process is going along at a very predictable pace if one looks at where we are and what must be done. If a day or so after the election Barr stepped before the microphones and said there was massive fraud for democrats and the election and Trump won the election and the fraud goes all the way to Obama, can you imagine the response, the left would never believe it and neither would independents and center republicans.
There has been a battle going on to win the American people as to what happened and to get the information out so when it comes it will not be a shock. I believe Trump is winning in public opinion as evidenced by poll data showing 70% of republicans believe the election stolen and even 30% of democrats think the same. It is interesting that the dems and media are getting concerned that dominion and smartmatic are becoming common terms among the people.
You criticize the court cases but to date we have not seen any federal cases, (maybe one filed yesterday) just little stuff in democrat friendly local courts. There was some turmoil caused by the left going after the Trump legal team that surely slowed things. For perspective, after the Enron meltdown it was three and a half years to the indictment of Ken Lay. This is far bigger than Enron!

There are so many irregularities in the vote count and tallies (not to mention physical vote fraud alleged in hundreds of affidavits) that only ignorant and willful deny the discrepancies, the media and social media are dedicated to maintaining the ignorance of the population.
We we shut the ****ing country down on a mathematical model (guess) so surely we can determine vote fraud by actual numbers and their impossibility mathematically...
