Secession Makes More Sense Than Article V Convention of States
The article references some footage which I have not watched... I'll do so when I have more time.
I would be hard pressed to say that the author is not correct in her conclusion though.
Chuck Baldwin is still around? What rock did he emerge from?
The guy who wanted to change the Constitution for a whole bunch of reasons now says that any proposal to change the Constitution is "tyranny". LOL.
Just more claptrap from the fringe-on-the-flag set.
In the article Baldwin said that we need to seceed and have another constitutional congress--what's so different between that and amending the current constitution? As for secession, the civil war stopped that at a huge cost in lives and property. IIRC there is something along the lines of 'jury nullification' where the states just refuse to cooperate. They could offset the cost of fed.gov not sending their stipend by just not sending taxes to the cesspool. If enough states did that, the feds might have to straighten up.
Only a very few states could even consider this, and most are liberal.
How do you define "liberal"?
What States could consider nullification?
Why are they they only few that could?
With all due respect, you did not answer any of my three questions.
I am interested in your response.
I am going to work for a while, but I'll check back later.
Best regards.

Kirk, is this just a comment, or is there more behind it? The reason I asked is that this is the second time in a couple of days that I've heard the fringe on the flag as signifying something. At least to a certain group of dubious wattage on whether the current Federal government is legitimate. I guess to this group the gold fringe on the US flag makes it a "maritime" or "nautical" flag... But the significance of that was lost on me.
The significance is lost on anyone with a firm grasp on reality
I love Youtube....
