Nothings changed for me really, sorry if my last post was confusing, I was focusing on your word “now” and contrasting it with what I thought all along, “before”.

I was amazed at how he was able to defend himself. I never bought into the argument that he shouldn’t have been there.
I see it as if we had a heritage of all standing up, walked into danger when appropriate, stood our ground, etc, the country wouldn’t be led by lefty loons. Your friend wouldn’t even consider KR as a white supremacist because he never would have been fed that line. It wouldn’t exist. But that time is past. Something radical has to happen to enable even the possibility of bringing it back. Calling KR a hero could seem radical to many, and I understand that.

100% agree that if the consensus weren't sympathetic to lying and criminality there would be less of both. 100% agree that he was in a situation that he was justified in shooting his way out of, glad for him and 100% convinced he should get billions in restitution.

    Sure about that.
Or is Google just censoring them.
Cause I'm pretty sure I remember something from them on FB.
I’d be interested. Seems they would have not shut up about it if they were that concerned, the fact there isn’t anything said on any news from them, and their own accounts aren’t covering it, just doesn’t sit right with me.

I’ve been reading a lot of comments by people who are unhappy with the verdict. Virtually all of them seem to be upset by irrelevant information. He didn’t commit any crimes by crossing state lines, or showing up to the protests, or showing up armed. He wasn’t on trial for any of those things. The question of his guilt or innocence was ONLY in regard to the shootings. They were self defense, and the jury ruled them as such. People seem to want to convict him on irrelevant information. That’s not how the legal system works.
Kyle Rittenhouse had just as much right to be on that street as anyone on it that night.

A narrative is also starting to pop up that "Guns have a chilling effect on Free Speech."

No, they don't. Leftists just need to learn to make their points non-violently.

it’s well known the 2nd protects the 1st... they have to try to flip it to the 2nd suppresses the 1st because they know we’re right.
