Remind me on the definitive number of requests and warrants vs. refusals.

Overturned on appeal means they never should have been in the first place.

We will never agree on this, because I believe that precrime is an abomination under any circumstance and any other opinion is anathema to me.

Who says the government will never change the definition of a "reasonable threat" once these laws are fully in place?

You mean like they changed the definition of a "machine gun" because one deranged individual used bump stocks in a mass murder?

The .gov is not our friend, folks...

The standards in Indiana vs. the standards in New Jersey.

    Or California... New York... etc.

I bet the bar is pretty low in an anti-gun state.

Probably a troll post. Not the first time people have posted stuff in gun subs to solicit comments that could then be used to try to get the sub banned.

He wouldn't have any guns to hide because his first knowledge of the order would come when the police were at the door to take them.

The NRA wrote this legislation in Committee supported by Republicans at that. They get National Red Flag Law they are going to expand it every chance they get. Call and contact our Senators now. Stop supporting the NRA.

When it was revealed that the Parkland shooting had had several dozen police interactions before shooting up the school, gun owners around the country all said "see, you should have done something about that guy rather than trying to pass gun control, the system should have known what he was going to do"...

Like when he knocked his Mother's teeth out or threaten to kill specific individuals over electronic media? This guy was on a path that leads to prison or death for a long time.

On the way home yesterday, I was listening to WIBC. I think the show is Kim Kardashian. A sheriff from Indiana called in and shared a story about the red flag law. He doesn't agree with it.
His story, someone called in on a gun owner and said he was a danger. Could have been a disgruntled ex or any Democrat, take your pick. He had to confiscate all his guns. After due process, it was determined he was not a danger. He could have all his guns returned. There's a $100 a day storage fee, so he couldn't afford to 'buy' them back. So this innocent guy had all his guns 'stolen' from him by the government because someone was uncomfortable with him owning them.

Kim Kardashian show? Working on a perma-ban. I was thinking Kim Komando and auto-filled, but actually it's the Dana show.
