    Just sat down for morning coffee and found this on youtube

    I watched two news reports before posting. One a.m. in the morning. 2nd video talks about spacing of evidence/cone markers.

    I believe that in Wi you can't carry in a bar. Could have been in the restaurant though or ignoring the law. Have to check on this....update:
    "Yes, with a Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License or a license/permit from a state that Wisconsin honors, unless posted and provided you consume no alcohol.

    According to this article the suspect was asked to leave but came back in and opened fire, police believe it was targeted and not random.
