It's only a guess, but I suspect the FBI will find no evidence implicating Kavanaugh with Ford. HOWEVER, they are likely to find that Kavanaugh understated his use of alcohol. If they don't find Kavanaugh to have current drinking issues, that will be the end of it.

Dem's will focus on Kavanaugh's lying about drinking. Repub's will give him a clean bill of health.

I say he gets the approval necessary for appointment.

Those numbers don't match what the rest of the article says. They are within the margin of error, even if you were to believe a modern day polling. Cellular communications have polling being a lot more speculation than reality. If one of FNC's NeverTrumpers is in charge of polling, well...

The White House "finds" no corroboration? Color me surprised. If the members of congress say the same, then that's a bit more credibility.... but just a bit.

Senators to view FBI report tomorrow at 8 am. This is largely meaningless unless it gets leaked. Both sides will interpret it with their disinterest/apocalyptic rhetoric.

Probably a vote Friday.

Leaky Leahy and Di-Fi both have history of leaking confidential info. Of course in Leahy's case it was unacknowledged/black world/beyond TS-SCI.

I think it'll be on Fox 3 times a day, but nowhere else. MSM will talk the "incomplete" nature of the FBI report 50 times a day. They really are desperate at this point; even more so after Kav is confirmed.

I lay some of the blame on Bernie for a lot of this. Giving away free things lends to a certain mindset.
Corporations and the higher tax payers won't stand for large sums of money to be stolen by the govt in the name of Taxes for the masses.
The country will take back down the Obama path of socialism and financial ruin.
Hindsight is always 20/20 and I pray for some common sense and foresight to stabilize this path we're on.
