Ford and her bankrupt lawyer are very close to being irrelevant now. FBI wouldn't even talk to them again, even after they offered up the therapy notes. There may be some justice in this world after all.
In The New Yorker, Ronan Farrow Disgraces Himself Once Again
If you thought The New Yorker had any credibility left, this will shred it.
They ran this piece, citing former “classmates” who claim they can back up Ramirez’s claim because an eye witness told them about it at some point...
In the piece, they quote one of the sources saying he wanted to wait to come forward until he spoke to the alleged eyewitness, but didn’t get in contact. He chose to come forward anyway.
Well...the New Yorker DID contact the classmate & learned the eyewitness had NO memory of incident
So the eyewitness, in which the entire claim hinges on, says they have no memory of the Ramirez incident... and they STILL run that piece?
Ronan Farrow ****ed himself with this entire situation. Once the spearhead of the "metoo" movement, now a joke.
To sum up: New Yorker obtained hearsay from “classmates” who say they heard about Ramirez story from an eyewitness. The New Yorker then contacted said “eyewitness,” who said he had NO memory of it ever happening. THEN the New Yorker decided they should run the story anyway.

I'm guessing the only thing to save us is someone else almost destroying us. This country needs common ground to heal upon.
The division and separation of ideals and values is a huge hurdle to overcome.
