    In the country, hopefully.
Well, since they'd have to deal with the radiation, I'm guessing that's a "last resort" as they're being overrun.
Yea, that’s actually the difference between the two. One uses children, hospitals, and the general public as their shield and the other preserves life for as long as possible even in the face of hundreds of poorly aimed dumb rockets.

Them poorly aimed tiny little bottlerockets as one called them still do a lot of damage on impact.

Luckily no one died but 7 were wounded several severely. They fire thousands a week at Israel.

Well. It’s looking like Netanyahu is out.
Probably, but we will have to wait for the vote.

As I understand it, Bennett's party is pretty far right, maybe even to the right of Likud. As a party, Bennett's Yamina came in 5th, with 7 seats, but enough to become the "king maker"... whichever coalition he went with would be able to form a government.

Problem is, he's joined the coalition with center/left parties in order for being PM for two years, which, does anyone think the coalition will last that long without a vote of no confidence?

And, more importantly, did enough of the other 6 get a big enough piece of the pie to go along?

Yes, it appears that Yamina is to the right of Likud.

It's first two planks are implementing the Nation-state law (Israel is Jewish and Hebrew the official language, open immigration for all Jews, etc) and second, NO/NEVER to a two state solution... Likud is at least open to a "peaceful" two state solution under advantageous terms... and more/faster settlement.

And, Yamina itself is cobbled together from two different "far-right" parties.

So, IMO, if Yamina forms a coalition with central/left/Arab parties, it ceases to exist when the next election is called as NONE of it's allies share the Yamina voter's wishes... hmmmm.

We were forewarned that some wild and crazy things will happen towards the time of the Antichrist Administration.

Like I said upthread: the conflict isn't about land and independence for arabs, but about destroying israel to deny those things to jews for the sake of moslem supremacy.
    The issue is moslem supremacy

I believe some people need to get a grip on the apocalypse according to radical Islam which calls for, first, the elimination of Jews, most immediately from Israel and then the rest of the world, then the elimination of infidels worldwide (which we are high on that priority list), and then turning on other Moslems in a giant mass murder purity contest with those in highest favor with Allah left to inherit the earth.

It was incomprehensible that yemina was talking with lapid and his leftist coalition up until the latest round of rockets and the riots. At that point bennet said "no way. that's off the table" and it seemed like they came to their senses. Now the "cease-fire" isn't a week old, and yemina is joining a coalition with anti-zionist far left "meretz" and arab nationalist ra'am.
You're right, it is political suicide and their political careers deserve that fate.
