My thanks to Jake and all of the staff that made this match happen. I really liked the stages, lots of great options. It was a really fun day.

A great match with fun stages.
Lots of options on the stages but nothing too crazy although that swinger on stage 5 was pretty sporty.
Great seeing old friends and meeting new friends. Great squad.
Many thanks to all the staff and setup and teardown crew who without them this wouldn't happen.
Thanks to Jan for a EXCELLANT lunch.
Weather was cool and a little light rain but only had to shoot bagged targets on 1 stage.
The last half of the day we had a shooter on our squad that EVERY time he shot it was sprinkling or light rain. When he was the on deck shooter we reached for umbrella's and rain jackets and sure enough it would start when he was up(thanks Jody)

This match seemed to be following the trends we are seeing lately.
94 shooters and 23 of them shooting Iron sights and the rest shooting dots. About 75% using dots.
1st iron sight gun was 20th place.

Yeah I said the same thing about those new fangled autoloadering handguns decades ago and here we are.

Thank you to everyone that came out for the match. Big shout out to the RO's that ran their squads, kept everything moving and got everyone through the match. It was a unique format in order to get a Section Match in this year. I have heard talks of a regular match in 2024 (possibly Sept 24-28-29)
