Engage target once at 40 yards (or whatever the distance was.)
Close with target while firing and motioning for bystanders to move or get down.
One mag, no mag change unless malfunction.

I suspect his eternity in hell will be seeing those last 20 seconds of his life play over and over again.

That sense of self-satisfaction or whatever goes through a demented mind carrying out their plans. The initial feeling as the gun goes off in your hands. Seeing a few people fall.

Then the realization you were hit, dropping, crawling towards the bathroom, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit. Feeling each of those hits. Life draining from your body.
